    Dirty floors. Loud. Perfect place for kids. (But perhaps not perfect for Seniors.)

    The omelet bar was good. The Coke machine was “broken” while we were there. The drinks in their lobby store are 6.00 EACH! The dining area floor was sticky and dirty. Housekeeping is not doing an adequate job on cleanliness in the dining area. Kids drop cereal/milk/juice..it dries and is sticky. Daily room service. Not sure about carpet cleanliness.

    Embassy Suites Georgetown

    I enjoy this Embassy Suites in a great location and close to my meeting location Hotel is clean the staff at the Front desk Ericia is always polite friendly and very helpful, the bellmen and the waitress in the restaurant are also a pleasure. Highly recommend this hotel

    We love this place. Our east coast home.

    Mahlet, Ebony, Kayla … the whole F&B crew here is awesome. They know how to take great care of their customers. We have been here three times this year, and, every time, we’ve had excellent service with smiles and laughter, even when the lines get crazy with the breakfast and happy hour crowds. Great weather this trip, but last trip was snowmaggeden, and the staff had to stay onsite to help take care of all of us. They didn’t miss a beat. We told Scott, the F&B manager, who is also a hardworking nice guy, but the world needs to know. We love this place. To add to that the concierges are fantastic with great recommendations, friendly and with lots of laughter. Franco and Lashaun, thank you for everything. We look forward to our return trip now that we have family in the area. See you all next time.
