Not the best experience
This hotel is perfectly situated for those attending the marathon, whether as participants or spectators. The rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast bar offered a fantastic selection.
I booked this hotel a year in advance and specifically requested a crib knowing I would be traveling with my 4-month-old niece. Although our request was approved and we were assured that a crib would be in our room, it was never provided. When we contacted the hotel for assistance, we were informed that there were "none available" and were instead advised to use an "extra bed for the baby," which, given her age, was not a suitable option. During our 4-day stay, we repeatedly inquired about the availability of a crib, even presenting confirmation emails of our booking and crib request. Each time, we were told it was "just a request" and could not be guaranteed. As a result, my sister had to hold her baby through the night every night we were there, which was extremely disappointing. What made this situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication. We had no notification regarding the unavailability of a crib until we checked in on our first night and found it missing from our room. We were repeatedly assured that a crib would be available the next day, yet each follow-up revealed that "no one who checked out had a crib in their room." Overall, the failure to reserve a crib for us has left a lasting impression of dissatisfaction with our stay.

Good room size, clean, and that’s all
Good room size.
I’ve booked a room with city view and got a room with parking lot view. My booking said I would have early check in and late check out - non of that applied. Be mindful that the ‘genious benefits’ are inexistent for this property. They will only say that “it’s upon property decition”. But the worse part? Security. A homeless guy entered the elevator with us, asking us to use the restroom. When I said I could not help him, he started getting angry with us - we managed to get out of the elevator. It lacks security in the front door... I will never stay in this hotel again.
