Nichts
Eine ganz schlimme Hotelanlage! Überall waren Spinnen, was den Aufenthalt extrem unangenehm gemacht hat. Das Fenster im Badezimmer ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Möbel sind alt und die gesamte Einrichtung wirkt heruntergekommen. Das Ganze erinnert eher an eine alte Jugendherberge als an ein Hotel. Dazu kommt der unerträgliche Lärm: Ständig hört man Flugzeuge, teilweise stündlich, und zusätzlich läuft laute Musik. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, sodass man kaum Ruhe oder Privatsphäre hat. Von Erholung kann hier wirklich keine Rede sein. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und würden diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen!

A warm welcome for a flying visit!
We booked one night at Emerald Hotel as a base camp close to the airport as we had a flight out in the very early hours. The hotel facilities were as expected and represented good value for money, enabling us to relax ahead of our journey. We spent some time around the pool area which had a nice chilled out vibe. We didn't pay the additional for air con or the safe as we didn't need them but the air con was available by the day for €10 or €65 for a week. The safe is €15 for a week. Special shout out to Niki on the front desk who was very helpful, friendly and professional, she arranged taxis for us as required and helped when we were researching local tavernas. Niki was also supportive and encouraging as I chose to use Greek as opposed to English where possible and am still learning! Overall we were happy with our decision to book Emerald Hotel.
No problem for us but be aware that the property is on the inbound flight path to the airport so there are regular flights coming in overhead.

Je pense que la qualité de la literie pourrait être améliorée, ainsi que l'odeur des draps. Par ailleurs, s'il était possible de mettre des moustiquaires ou tout autre système évitant de nombreux insectes lorsqu'on arrive dans la chambre, ce serait agréable.
