    Das Personal ist sehr freundlich !

    Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war schrecklich Die Kabel waren aus den Wänden gerissen - die Matratze war hart - der TV ging nicht - das Waschbecken setzt sich ab wenn man sich abstützt - die Abflüsse sind dreckig und verkalkt - neben meinen Zimmer war lauter Putzzeug - an meiner Tür stand auch „Personalzimmer“ geschrieben- ich hatte Dank gefragt ob ich das Zimmer wechseln darf aber das Personal meinte sie seien ausgebucht. Das Frühstück ist immer das selbe - nichts Neues

    People are amazing and extremely helpful, they will make you feel at home and the location is surrounded by restaurants , cafés and short walking distance to main attractions, buffet breakfast is also great.

    I found it great for a short stay but the rooms can feel quite small if you are staying 3+ nights.

    Una seconda casa a Instanbul 🌟❤️

    Emirhan Hotel è un luogo di grande accoglienza sia per la posizione che per lo staff interno. Siamo rimasti parecchi giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. In particolare un ragazzo alla reception è stato molto caro e mi ha aiutata soddisfando tutte le mie richieste. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Le signore che si occupano delle pulizie meritano un ringraziamento a parte. L'hotel è veramente pulito, noi abbiamo avuto il cambio asciugamani compreso e sempre tutto lavato e profumato. La nostra camera era piccola, ma molto confortevole! Da rivedere il letto che nella nostra stanza faceva un po' rumore. Colazione molto buona e abbondante! Cucina sempre pulita. Mai trovata una posata sporca! Suggerimento per la struttura è la possibilità di poter fare colazione un po' prima dell'orario previsto in modo che i turisti che hanno dei tour programmati possano mangiare qualcosa prima di uscire. Ma basta chiedere! Anche in questo caso noi abbiamo chiesto e un ragazzo meraviglioso ci ha fatto trovare la colazione pronta prima! Grazie Emirhan Hotel 🌟 Alla prossima!
