The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be picked up by the guest at our office On the day of check-out, no trash should be left at the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.     vynikající umístění blízko pláže, restaurací, obchodu. Ideální výchozí místo pro pozorování dění na promenádě. Byt je obrovský, samostatné pokoje a 2 jídelny + terasa. výhodou 2 koupelny. Určitě se znovu vrátíme.

    Would not choose this apartment again.

    The property was spacious and in a convenient location.

    None of the furniture is comfortable. The beds are like sleeping on a wood table, the living room couch is very uncomfortable- it’s too low and the sear is so deep that no-one could get comfortable. The back couch on the patio offers no support so that you just can not sit and rest. Very poor design. The people above were very loud and allowed their children to run around at all hours. They slammed doors and were quite annoying. The doors in our unit were loud to open. The knob fixtures could probably use some lubricant. There are lots of rocks in the ocean in front of the unit. The beach here is nice, but it’s not one where you can go out to waist high without encountering rocks that you can’t stand on.

    Beautiful location and wonderful beach

    The location was wonderful. We were travelling with kids and it was great being able to walk out our door and have the beach right in front of us. The balcony was nice to relax on at the end of the day. We could walk along the beach with a great sidewalk/promenade.

    The apartment is a bit dated but that didnt affect our overall experience. We are a large family of 6 and we could not all shower back to back at the end of the beach day because we would run out of hot water. We just made sure we spaced it out and were fine.

    What a fantastic sun terrace to spend the days relaxing

    This apartment is all about the beach front large terrace. No need to buy expensive breakfasts and lunches there is not a restaurant or bar in port de pollensa with a better location for sun bathing sundowners and people watching .

    All the apartment could do with an upgrading and modernisation old fashioned furniture ,more modern kitchen and 1 bathroom needs a total upgrade .
