  Amazing Stay in an Amzing Village!

  We absolutely loved our stay at Emma House. The host and her father were wonderful! They were very communicative and they met every need and exceeded every expectation. The apartment itself was in great condition, very comfortable, and spacious. Plus, it was about a five minute walk to the train station, so that made access to Varenna and Milan very convenient. The couch was wonderful, the bed slept very well, and the shower was large and had great water pressure. Also, the WiFi worked well. The kitchenette area did lack just a bit of counter space, but it had everything you could need to cook wonderful meals. Another nice perk was that Conad’s grocery store was literally across the street. And, just across from Conad’s was a wonderful little bakery. We thoroughly enjoyed her breads and her pastries. Bellano is an amazing village. It has a beautiful waterfall, gorgeous churches, great restaurants, and a lakeside walk that has incredible views. Also, as far as transportation goes, a ferry leaves from Bellano several times a day. We would highly recommend in Emma House to anyone visiting Lake Como!

  There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the place. We plan on trying to stay here again when we come back to Lake Como.

  Convenient location. Well equipped apartment.

  The location was fantastic, near to train station and ferry dock, with luggage storage, super-mart and a few restaurants within a few steps. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and definitely comfortable for a few days stay. The host even provided a bottle of wine. Bellano is much peaceful compared to Varenna and we enjoyed beautiful sunset walk on the waterfront without crowds.

  Love Emma House! Do note that ferry schedule is limited to/from Bellano but it is easy and convenient to take a 5min train to Varenna even late at night.

  great location, near to everything you'd need.well equipped, comfy, great communication

  great location, easy to reach Varenna via train. Grocery is really in front of the house and the bakery too (its sign is relative hard to read, so we realized only the last day, that is what it is). the lake side is 3 mins by foot. The ferry station is also relative near, cafés, restaurants, pharmacy if needed. Arrived very late on the first date but it was not an issue as it has locker for the keys. Great instructions, so we found it easily. Got welcoming vine and water in the fridge. Though we forgot to drink it. :) Also leaving the house was smooth. Communication was fast, detailed information. The flat has a modern heating system. Found everything what we needed

  there is nothing to complaint about.

  Polecamy ! Do stacji kolejowej blisko , do portu blisko , do Orida di Bellano też blisko . Bardzo fajna miejscówka . Wyposażenie też pełne. Winko w lodówce , nawet herbatka i przyprawy czekały :) Ku naszemu zaskoczeniu byly też parasolki - na szczęście nie były nam potrzebne 😁
