  Absolut empfehlenswert.

  Nette Unterkunft mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten.

  Lediglich kleine Klimaanlagen in dem oberen Stockwerk, unten wird es im Laufe des Tages sehr, sehr warm.

  This is the perfect property to return to after a long day out in the island.

  We traveled home for my father's funeral. It was an extremely stressful and emotional trip, but this property allowed us several hours between events to relax and rest in a very calming environment, and the house is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely return to this property for an actual vacation if we can.

  We have absolutely no complaints about our visit.

  Stay in Princeville; just not here!!

  The only reason I have given 2 stars, and not 1 star is because of the location. Located in Princeville, it is very close to the Hanalei beach. But that is where the positives end! When I am on a vacation, I do not want surprises (rather shocks). Read along to see what this property had to offer...

  Here is a summary of why I am giving it such a poor rating: * Leaking faucets/ roof. * No air conditioning in master bedroom, living room. NOT an air-conditioned unit - only 2 rooms have, not the whole property!! * No closet space in any of the bedrooms. Only flimsy rack space with hangers. * Kitchen space and drawers dirty, smelly cabinets. * Kitchen exhaust not effective (as it only covers the back burners). * insects, dead cockroaches in house. * dirty filters in a/c, fans, and so could not put it on and had several sleepless nights * Other features not as advertised - e.g. no TV in master, garage has beds & broken doors, and the entire garage smells bad.

  It’s a great property and a wonderful location, And we enjoyed our stay very much.

  The house was beautiful and spacious, my family of four had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy privacy, as well as gather in the common areas. Amenities were very, comfortable, The home was well stocked with essentials. We loved the pool and the privacy the backyard offered. Beds were very comfortable, the home was very clean.

  The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a terrible clicking sound which did disturb our sleep quite a bit and caused my husband to have to sleep in another room because it kept him awake, we did message the property managers with a video of the sound at the beginning of the week after the first night, and they said they would see what they could do, but we never heard back and the noise persisted the length of our vacation,( 9 Nights). The refrigerator water and air filters also needed to be changed/lights on indicating need for replacement when we arrived, and we let them know and they promptly shipped a new water filter to the home which my husband installed. Several areas on the decks in the backyard had rotting wood, including a broken piece of wood, which my husband moved so the children would not step on it. The steps leading off the sunroom to the right bowed when we stepped on them on the right side due to rot.
