  Η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά υπέροχη και υπάρχει άνετος χώρος στάθμευσης. Παρόλο που το κατάλυμα είναι μικρό και cozy, είναι ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο, με όμορφο design και καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση που δημιουργούν μια ζεστή και ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα , ακόμα και για χειμώνα όχι μόνο καλοκαίρι . Διαθέτει πολλές παροχές που κάνουν τη διαμονή άνετη και ξεκούραστη. Είναι ιδανικό ακόμη και για οικογένειες με παιδιά, καθώς ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι όμορφα διαμορφωμένος, προσφέροντας χώρο για παιχνίδι και δραστηριότητες.

  Sjajno iskustvo.

  Lokacija je fantastična, blizu je plaže. Ambijent u kome je kuća je prelep. Nalazite se u sred maslinjaka. U kući imate sve što vam je potrebno uključujući i vaš mašinu što je jako pohvalno. Sa decom je nemoguće biti bez veš mašine koa želite da ostanete negde 14 dana.

  Sve je bilo jako dobro. Apsolutno nemamo nikakve zamerke.

  A spotless, cozy little house that feels like home, perfect for a couple

  We stayed in this charming little new house with a full-size, well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is set in an olive yard, where you can also park your car, and there’s even a barbecue for relaxed outdoor meals. The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for a couple. It really has almost everything you might need — iron, toaster, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, a coffee capsule machine, some cleaning supplies, plus hand soap and shower gel — it feels like a proper home. The bathroom is spacious, with a nice shower cabin. Nies beach is just 3 minutes away by car, with plenty of parking available. It’s best to come prepared with food and drinks, as there’s no shop in the village, but there are two tavernas — one of them less than a 5-minute walk away.

  The only things I would recommend improving are the bathroom door, which was a bit warped and very noisy when opening or closing and can easily wake you up at night, and the mattress, which might feel too soft for some people, especially those over around 80 kg. The space is just right for two people; more guests, such as a family with children, could manage but it would be less comfortable, even though there is a platform bed above the main double. It would also be very helpful if the listing mentioned the exact type of coffee machine and capsules, so guests can bring the right ones in advance. Finally, a small gesture like providing one or two doses of laundry detergent would make the stay even more convenient. One thing to keep in mind that has nothing to do with the hosts: in Nies there are quite a lot of dogs, both pets and strays, and they can sometimes make an unbelievable amount of noise at night. You get used to it, especially with the windows closed and the air conditioning on, but if someone is looking for complete silence, they might be disappointed.

  Super nice house in a beautiful olive garden. Everything in the house is brand new. Clean and cozy place. Would love to stay there again.

  All good
