Extremely Dirty, Unwelcoming and Not Worth the Stay

    Nope

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell and appeared generally poorly maintained. We found numerous black hairs in the bed, dead insects in the room, and a dead cockroach directly outside the door. The doormat was moldy and the curtains were heavily soiled. The bathroom was also in very poor condition. The shower drain did not work properly, causing water to flow into the room. The toilet seat was broken, the toilet was extremely dirty, and there was old rubbish in the bin. The pool was unusable due to its neglected and partially damaged condition. There were no towels available upon our arrival. They were only provided after we asked. We found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful, and our questions before arrival had already gone unanswered. As we felt neither comfortable nor welcome, we left early. Staying any longer was not an option for us, even though we did not receive a refund for the unused night. Due to the hygiene issues and inadequate service, we cannot recommend this accommodation.
