    Great apartment fully equipped with everything needed to perfect stay in Saint Martin. Nice to have a Cadisco market hereby with accessible prices for almost all the products. The area in general is safe. 15 min to Mullet beach, 3 mins to Baie Rouge.

    The residence will be even more attractive once the renovations are finished .

    Big space but disappointing location

    We liked the size of the condo - it was quite big. The kitchen was fantastic - everything you could possibly need to cook, which we really appreciated. We loved the asian resto in walking distance, as well as the bakery next door.

    The condo is advertised as "by the beach" but it is not. There is a small beach you can walk to, but not one where you would swim or even sunbathe. There is no terrace to sit outside and even if there was, you're looking at a parking lot. The whole compound has bars on the windows and metal shutters - it's like a fortress. I much preferred staying on the Anse Marcel side which felt safer and had plenty of places to walk and enjoy the outdoors.
