The location is the redeeming reason you may want to book this landlord special.
The location was great. It was very centrally located, and had the expected number of beds and baths. The fans in bedrooms and air conditioner in living room worked well, and the wifi worked as expected. The host was communicative about where to park nearby.
This place looks like it's being remodeled room-by-room, and the person doing the work seems to have a "good enough" mentality about it. There was green mold on the bathroom wall above the shower, and mold in the grout at the bottom. The towels were clean, but old and worn. The shower fixture works but is broken. There should be additional pillows and blankets onsite. Having 2 pillows for 4 people is not acceptable. You have to climb 3 flights of stairs to access the property, not 2 flights as I expected.

A localização é dentro da parte antiga de Badajós ficando bem próxima de várias atrações, cafés, restaurantes;podendo fazer tudo a pé.
A acomodação precisa de uma melhoria nas instalações, especialmente do banheiro. As esquadrias das janelas não vedam frio nem barulho, o que atrapalha na hora de dormir. Os colchões já estão gastos, deformados, ficando desconfortável a hora do sono.
