    Gute Kontaktaufnahme und netter Empfang durch Nilda. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Gute Lage zur Stadt und eigener Strandzugang.

    Eigentlich nichts, nur stand im Stiegenhaus die ersten 2 Tage noch das Wasser von dem Hochwasser am Wochenende.

    Clean, relaxing beachside unit.

    The apartment has everything you need inside, was clean and modern, good AC unit, a nice patio slider and outdoor patio to relax, the apartment grounds were well maintained, easy access to the beach and beach club for drinks / food and loungers to rent if needed. It’s also very close to grocery store and other restaurants. It’s a nice walk along the ocean into downtown Denia.

    The primary bedroom bed is small for two people a larger bed would make it more comfortable, but not a reason to not rent the unit.
