It was OK, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends, only maybe as a second option.
Location is OK, a lot of light, really close to the metro, neat and clean.
The place is really small, smaller then it seems in images. The couch is not extentable, bed is a bit tight for two people. There was no detergent upon arrival (but the host brought it later).

Great little place, thoughtfully designed.
Great designed little apartment - thoughtfully renovated, some of the best use of space I have seen. Bathroom and kitchen look great.
A couple of maintenance issues. The AC filter needed cleaning (or the AC was not really working) - so I cleaned it. faucet in the kitchen was loose, desk/table is not very stable, and they really need more/softer pillows.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la parada de metro, lugar residencial tranquilo
Basura detras de la papelera de visitantes anteriores. Ruido del extractor de la cocina, en mitad de la noche, bastante fuerte, como si fuera un chirrido. Falta de material de limpieza para limpiar vajilla, mesa (papel de cocina, sitio para dejar escurriendo la vajilla, sin pastillas de lavavajillas...)

Bien equipado para 2 personas, con amplios espacios para guardar y lavadora de ropa. Muy bien ubicado en donde necesitaba quedarme. Excelente acceso al metro y al bus.
Hacía mucho calor, y el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y no enfriaba razonablemente
