    Straight out of a fairytale.

    Loved all of the decor, the garden!!! And hosts were extremely friendly.

    Just a shame we were only there one night. Will go back!

    Perfectly appointed with great location

    Lovely friendly owner who had made a most enjoyable and quirky place to stay with all facilities (shame we were there for only one night) as required and beautifully appointed. The extensive garden area and bar were an added bonus, although as it was winter time, we didn't get to use them.

    That we couldn't make use of the lovely garden area!

    Very comfy overnight stop

    This was a very comfortable overnight stop after catching the ferry from Wellington. It was easy to find and I appreciated having breakfast provided - cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast and jam, tea and coffee. There was a nice outdoor space I didn't get to use, and likewise a bar area that looked like a cosy space for a couple to relax.

    Space in the bathroom is a bit restricted but still very useable. A bit more light when walking around the house in the dark would be appreciated.

    Only one set of washing machine/drier. Made it difficult on a cold wet day
