This one is tough because my stay was OK but my family who had a separate villa had a terrible stay. My villa on Lasso Drive was lovely, needs quite a bit of modernisation, such as old sofa, bathrooms also could do with some updating. However, I did book a 4 bed and was upgraded to a 6 bed, which I didn't need but grateful nonetheless. We had 1 issue with our smoke alarm at 3am and it took maintenance an hour to replace a battery (high ceilings) but I had no other reason to contact maintenance so this is the only comment I could make. My families villa was nothing short of horrific, from an infestation of cockroaches and lizards in bathrooms, broken furniture, leaks, tape holding together doors to pool, aircon not working (it was 110 degrees) and there was no travel cot for my granddaughter on the 1st night. We waited over 2 hours in the middle of the night for 1 to receive something that should be thrown away!! My family moved to a hotel later that night. They were, however, acceptably moved later the following day. The reception staff were lovely from my experience. The facilities in terms of the waterpark were also lovely and I used the gym, which was well equipped. The breakfast is awful, with very little to choose from. I asked to extend my stay by 1 hour on the day we left and was told it would cost $250, not complaining of this, just for info for future travellers. Overall, my stay was pleasant enough but I feel that the resort is not worth the money and I would not return. I have stayed in resorts close to this one that had less facilities but were much superior
