    *Perfect stay!* The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool was especially warm and relaxing, with a great hot tub that's even warmer. It's a wonderful place for kids – there's a playroom, and our 11-month-old had an amazing time. The hosts were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

    a very good house for a family of 4, well located and furnished - thank you for our stay!

    Good location, clean and comfortable with modern kitchen (granite worktops/good cooker/large fridge/good dishwasher etc, good a/c (a must in LA!) & modern TV, excellent washing machine & separate dryer, comfortable beds, decent sized pool - we particularly liked the community food cupboard which, we think, reflects a positive (pay it forward) attitude by the owner - it was a notably nice touch. Beach towels were also provided which we liked. Thankyou!

    The experience would benefit from: a better clothes airer / new outside table / some sun loungers in addition to seating / inside the electrical points in the main bedroom were a little loose and the loose bed headboard didn't help; the fitted sheet needs a deeper valance to fit better (ours kept coming off all the time ...) - also cotton sheets better in the heat than mixed fibre ....
