景色は素晴らしい
高台から見える景色が素晴らしい！ 湯の川温泉の花火も部屋から見られてとても贅沢な時間を過ごすことができたよ
お風呂場がシャワーしかないのが残念。 バーベキューをするつもりで炭など購入して行ったが 近隣住民に監視されてる感じが凄いのと、庭の草が伸びていてできなかった。

函館でお安く泊まるなら文句なし
景色が良い。価格が安い。函館山から近い。
駐車場までの道が分かりにくい。室内に虫が多い。お皿にナメクジがついていて衛生面に課題がある。シャワー室のすのこの下が隙間から見えるが汚かった。トイレが臭う。庭の草が整っていない。駐車場から家までの階段が急で、補強に不安あり。駐車場はアブがいて子供が刺された。
