We had great time with our family and the location was super.
We had to inform the exact arrival time. Since we arrived middle of the night then the guy came and did all the introductions, he was so nice and helpful, although it was middle of the night.
you can not use stove, kettle and toaster on the same time. and all the instructions for the cleaning up where terrifying.

No funcionaba la clave de la puerta de entrada al piso y había desperfectos en el piso que nos han cobrado teniendo pruebas de que ya estaba en mal estado, al tener las 2 habitaciones las persianas de los balcones rotas y atascadas que ni bajaban ni subían así que no podíamos tener intimidad ni oscuridad ..... viene alguien al día siguiente cuando no estamos, bajan las 2 persianas y nos dejan a oscuras sin poder subirlas.... increible!!! Envió un video con los desperfectos a los 5 minutos de entrar al piso a la persona que nos atendió, ya que tenía que marcharse y no nos enseñó nada más que la entrada y la cocina....tambien tengo llamadas grabadas con mis quejas y whatssap. Hace 10 días que estoy denunciando esto en booking sin éxito de momento sigo con las quejas..... La persona que nos atendió muy amablemente, se ha comportado muy bien y nos da la razón por escrito y nos apoya, pero la dirección o propiedad no hacen la devolución a mi tarjeta. CUIDADO !!!!
