Ok mit Abzügen
Gut ausgestattete Wohnung und im Vergleich zu anderen Vierteln sehr ruhig gelegen. Kein direkter Straßenbahnlärm. Nette Schlüsselübergabe und netter Vermieter.
Das Bettgefühl ist ja in der Regel eher subjektiv aber die Meinung anderer Besucher teilen wir absolut nicht. Die Matratzen waren einfach durchgelegen. Nicht zu weich sondern durch. Man lag mit eingeklappten Schultern auf dem Rücken. Ansonsten waren noch Reste von Vorgängern im Wohnzimmer zu finden. Gummibärchen unter der Couch (nur gesehen weil ich meine Yogamatte dabei hatte) und Reste von Lametta? In der Waschmaschine war die Gummilippe schimmelig. Man sollte wissen dass die Wohnung im 4. oder 5. Stockwerk ist - also 85 Treppenstufen. Außerdem fanden wir die Gegend nicht sehr einladend weil viel Hundekot und Glasscherben auf den Gehwegen liegen. Das lässt auf ignorante, rücksichtslose Menschen schließen. Außerdem hatten wir fast täglich Rauchbelästigung durch rauchende / kiffende Nachbarn. Da kann die Wohnung nichts dafür aber man sollte wissen was einen erwartet.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, voll ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, für Selbstverpflegung war auch die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, da kann man gern auch mal mehr als eine Woche bleiben.

Apartment great stay was there for the final football crystal palace winner 🏆
The apartment was great very nice very clean and is quite big place has everything there dish washer /washing machine towels cooking facilities utensils everything you need has supermarket x2 little cafe places coffee is great there and German cakes very good ake sure you have a map of the area does help overall loved my stay here and would recommend highly also has good links tram and bus takes you all around.
Very strange I normally have some negatives but I don't got the 10 mark
