  I do not recommend this hotel, unless you're packing a gun once you step outside.

  It was mediocre at its best - and much worse - see below

  Location was horrible - First, the name of the property "Beachfront" is wrong - it is 2 blocks from the beach. You can see the ocean, by looking 90 degrees sideways in a window that is blocked by the bed. Getting the keys/Entry Code was strange. I was expecting a registration desk or cutomer service desk. Continuing on: A security guard handed over the entry code, there was confusion with me being allowed into the property - they couldn't find my name initially. It felt like I was being accused of something wrong by the police. Then, the security code that I was given was wrong. I had to go back to the security guard for assistance. Fortunately, he responded right away. I walked into the unit and it look like it had not been cleaned. The couch in the living room was dirty - it looked like it was purchased as used furniture on Craigslist. I looked out the window and it was immediately bordered by a Favela. I did not expect this and it made me very very uncomfortable. The disclosure of this should have been in the initial hotel/condo/apartment profile on Booking.com. I tried to use the internet and I couldn't access WIFI. It took an additional two hours to get the internet code, it still did not work well. I contacted management and told them I do not like the apartment and wanted to cancel my stay and find another place to stay. The management company was totally horrible about their responses and even lied to me about things that were plainly visible. They said that the property was not bordered on a Favela. This was a LIE. I sent them pictures to 'correct' them. We went back and forth and the person would not satisfy my fears and concerns. Their brochure said that were committed to 100% satisfaction. I was 0% satisfied and 100% dis-satisfied.

  Lo consiglio… sicuramente torneremo presto.

  Appartamento moderno di accordo con le descrizioni fotografiche. Con una bella vista mare. Completo di tutto per un soggiorno tranquillo. La estrutura sta localizzata in un contesto sicuro, completo di una piccola palestra molto equipaggiata con una splendida vista. I personale del condominio sono molto accoglienti ed educati. Eccellente località… nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati, ristoranti, shopping, ecc. Al nostro arrivo, avevamo trovato dei piccoli regali e bevande fresche, molto apprezzate. Gli hostess sono molto prestativi e stanno sempre a disposizione, anche per eventuali interventi. Spero di tornare presto.

  Abbiamo sentito appena la mancanza di un doccino per l’igiene intime. Lascio qui questo piccolo suggerimento, sarebbe molto gradito.
