Superb
The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood just a short walk from the city center. It's a condo building with smaller and larger apartments. The hotel staff is extremely helful and can organize everything for you. The airport transfer is obvious, but it goes far beyond as we landed on 1AM and could have early check-in on such extreme hours. We were supported in taxi calling, room service with also unexpected add-ons like doing loundry or serving welcome breakfast. Rooms are spacious and convenient. Bed is confortable. We had spacious terrace in the room, giving you space to relax in the evening. There is also pool in the building. It is a perfect location to explore Kigali on foot or by car. Definitely recommended to anyone who stays in Kigali for longer periods
Some repairs could be done in order to fix small issues with equipment like bathroom hangers, etc...
