    Highly Recommend this hotel!

    Beautiful boutique hotel, perfect location, the most beautiful beach, great buffet (specially the greek night was the best food ever), very friendly and caring staff, awesome hotel and exactly like the photos on booking. They surprised us with a cake for my birthday which really made our day. They even had a candle and matches and plates ready and brought clean plates the next day so we can finish the cake. They also refill all the amenities in the room everyday and made sure we are not short of anything during our stay. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant experience and I genuinely felt cared for. We had everything we needed and even though we were very unlucky with the weather our hotel gave us the best experience. If I ever go to Malia, Crete I will definitely choose the same hotel.

    I don't wanna complain, just writing this so they go from GREAT to LEGENDARY! - Upon arrival we found a patch of hair on the shower wall and yellow spots on the toilet. I think the cleaning staff should pay more attention to details and do a more thorough cleaning specially in between guests. - Mattresses are too soft, some people love it, I found it to be uncomfortable. Would be great if few rooms have harder mattresses for guests like me.

    Sauberkeit, Zimmer, Lage, freundliche Personal.

    „Das Gesamtkonzept des Restaurants hat mir nicht gefallen. Das Essen war zwar gut, aber das Restaurant bietet nur sehr wenig Platz und die Tische stehen zu nah beieinander – das entspricht eher einem 3-Sterne-Hotel. Am ersten Tag mussten wir sogar Schlange stehen! Da keine freie Plätze waren! Es gab zu wenige Hinweise darauf, was und wie man bestellt, und manche Kellner waren unfreundlich.
