Nice apartment let down by significant pest problem
Able to check in late after our flight. All in apartment easy to use. Good air con. Great balcony right on the beach. Spacious. Great roof top pool. Apartment well equipped though dirty glasses in dishwasher and cutlery not clean. Well stocked with beach loungers etc.
Really difficult to write this review as we had one real issue and it was a significant one. Cockroaches. One half dead cockroach in bathroom first day and it wasn’t an issue. Our stay was to be 7 nights and we had a great stay until after the 5th night when we seen a more cockroaches in the bathrooms and kitchen. Contacted our host by text. He apologized and offered a 100€ refund. Advised us to get more spray and he would bring pest control after we left. We went to bed that night and were woken with cockroaches in our bed and the en-suite. Large active cockroaches. We decided to leave. Was no way we could sleep. We brought our flight forward and got our daughter up at 5am to pack to go home. Left apartment at 7am. Let the host know by text. He offered us a refund totaling 400€ which we took. We were so horrified at our experience we just wanted to go home. The refund covered our flight home and expenses for taxis and transfers. The host asked us not to leave a review. Their boss phoned us when we got home. Was really not very pleasant. Really contacted us to try to not leave a review. I am leaving a review as I read them. This apartment had over 20 positive reviews on booking.com. No mention of this problem. I don’t know how to interpret that. The apartment is on the first floor with a ground floor and entrance which was full of debris and very old and would have put me off if I’d seen photos of it. As very different to the inside of the apartment. Hosts could have been more apologetic. Definitely won’t be back it’s a shame as it’s great location but perhaps a very old building lets it down.

Wir konnten schon um 11 Uhr einchecken. Sehr netter Gastbeger - Guillermo, hat uns die Schlüssel gegeben und die Wohnung gezeigt. Tolle Terrasse mit wunderschönem Meerblick (täglich Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer um 8:30). Parkplatz, Dachpool, Aufzug, Waschmaschine, sehr gut ausgestattet Küche.

Ik vind eigenlijk alles leuk aan dit appartement. Locatie was top en het appartement was schoon maar vooral het fantastische uitzicht!
