All in all not a bad choice. The permanent tenant at the back should be made clear upfront.

Everything was well kept and clean

The Gas Stove Emissions and the tenant at the back.

We checked out after 2 nights. Tried cleaning the kitchen so that we could cook but gave up.

    Location is really good

Oven was broken and filthy Washing machine was dirty Stove plates were filthy and broken Electrics were faulty and arcing in certain rooms House cannot lock. Most of the sliding doors are so badly fitted that you cannot use the latch Bed linen was dirty Bath mats were wet and couldn’t be used Bed side lamp couldn’t be used in main bedroom. No plug adapter Braai facilities were shocking. Dirty with bones still inthe unit. A gas braai being used as a coal braai Cutlery and crockery filthy.
