    Keys accessible when arrived. A password was provided beforehand to access the key lockbox.

    Overall, the house was clean, spacious and well-equipped for a larger family, but the parking, noise from the back unit,

    Clean and spacious, with plenty of room for a larger family. Having a full kitchen was great, especially for a longer stay. It was also conveniently located near Liverpool Station, although you do still need to drive there.

    Parking was an issue. The house shares the property and driveway with a separate unit at the back, which isn’t made clear in the listing. We had problems with the occupants of the other unit parking in the driveway and making it difficult for us to get our cars out. Noise from the back unit was also quite noticeable. We could hear people walking around and dragging chairs, particularly at night, and on some occasions it kept us awake. The bed in the front bedroom was also extremely squeaky. Every time you rolled over or moved during the night, the bed would squeak, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The house was also very cold during our winter stay. If you’re staying during the colder months, I’d recommend packing warm socks or slippers, as the floors get particularly cold.
