  Not worth a single penny – misleading listing and poor condition

  Honestly, there was nothing I liked about the property. I was counting down the nights until we could leave and tried to spend as little time as possible at the apartment.

  The listing did not disclose that the apartment was partially at basement level. The kitchen and bathroom were very dirty, and the apartment had numerous poor repairs and damaged areas. Part of the bedroom ceiling was coming off, raising safety concerns. The apartment’s actual condition was significantly worse than shown in the listing and photos, which were misleading, especially the black-and-white kitchen and bathroom photos. The owner denied these issues, but my comments are based on what I personally saw. I also regret not taking the previous reviews more seriously, as my experience confirmed their concerns.

  lucky my plans were all outside apartment except sleep and shower which was pretty scary.

  parking was not even close like the description said. apartment smelled bad. it was small and dirty. maybe ok for a 20 something but that’s not me.

  Great area but unfortunately the apartment isn’t well cared for and very dirty:(

  Bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The bathroom is as especially filthy and had mold all the over the shower. Towels looked dingy. Bought paper-towels to use instead. Contacted the owner and he told me he would send someone over to clean when we were out. Not sure if anyone came because when we returned the mold/dirt was still there. He told me it’s an old building and only so much could be done. I took a wipe to the dirty areas and the mold/dirt came off easily . Thankfully my son lives in the area and was able to shower there. Futon/sofa very uncomfortable too. Should have listened to the previous reviewer:(

  The apartment location was great, be prepared to walk! The apartment was not clean.

  The location was perfect!

  The parking is terrible. We parked, as suggested, at Walgreens, and got towed. Also, the bathroom and kitchen in the apartment were not as expected. The bathroom was so, so dirty and the apartment smelled of cat urine. Don’t sleep on the couch, your body will hate you!
