    Unfortunately, my stay at The Coach House Resort in Tobermory was disappointing. The washroom was not properly cleaned, and basic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash were missing. These are essential items that guests should reasonably expect to be provided, especially when paying for accommodation. The overall cleanliness and lack of basic amenities did not meet my expectations. Guests deserve a clean washroom and a comfortable, well-maintained room. I believe the management needs to pay more attention to housekeeping, cleanliness, and providing essential toiletries for guests. Based on my experience, I was not satisfied with the quality of the accommodation, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

    Check in process was horrible codes where not working took me over an hour to reach someone to help me and reset the codes other than that all is ok

    I will check this place whenever I visit Waterloo.

    The place was spacious, neat, and beautiful. The location was good as well. Close to the shopping center, even within walking distance. If you need to rent a car from the accommodation, rental car companies are nearby. It was a pleasant experience staying at the place
