Everything! Quirky decore, location, internal facilities. Fantastic sunroom, garden, bbq facilities and off streetparking. Polite and helpful owner/staff.

Nothing! However, I suggest providing (we arrived from visiting family after 9pm and didn't want to ask) a set of bedding per person. Sheet, light duvet, pillow and pillowcase. I'll definitely be back when I next go to visit family.
