The TV and washer and dryer beds were comfortable
Not enough cooking utensils to use in the kitchen, no dish rack, some blinds were broken as well, Rooms were hot and one portable fan didn't work. When doing a last check before leaving we found a dirty nappy under the bed in the left bedroom from a previous tenant. Photo is supplied

This home was the highlight of our summer vacation!
Cute cozy home! Has everything you need. Would recommend if you want to be close to the ocean or Disney. We came from Texas would definitely stay again !
No AC . There was 1 day of a rare heat wave . Fans worked fine after a cold shower.

Good place to stay for a family of 5
It was conveniently located with all the amenities that we needed.
Wish there were fans that were working properly. Only one fan worked and we used it for the person sleeping in the living room. Didn’t think till the end to open the windows cause wasn’t sure how safe it would be to sleep with the windows open.

Die Lage ist top, in nur 10‘ Fahrzeit ist man in Newport Beach. Die Grösse des Hauses ist angenehm. Die Waschmaschine und der Tumbler sind praktisch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für die Region sehr gut.
Die Unterkunft ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern für 4 Personen buchbar. Die Ausstattung ist jedoch eher auf 2 Personen ausgerichtet. Es hat nur 2 Esszimmerstühle (2 Sessel aus dem Wohnzimmer können dazugestellt werden, was aber sehr eng wird), 2 Gläser, wenig Teller. Die Küche bietet wenig Platz zum kochen, da viele Geräte in der Küche stehen. Zudem war das Geschirr vom Vormieter schmutzig und veraltet. Die Schränke sollten einmal gut grundgereinigt werden. Das eine Bett muss dringend ersetzt werden. Die Matraze hängt durch, es knarrt und es steht sogar der Hinweis, dass es nicht verschoben werden darf, um an die Steckdosen zu kommen, weil es sonst auseinanderfällt.
