  Comfortable and we had an issue with the TV, however the owner came round immediately and sorted out the problem 🙏

  Location was perfect and a comfortable size, clean and easy to access.

  The property was great.

  Great place to stay in Bishop Stortford.

  The location was great. Lovely place to stay. We had booked originally for 4 days over a family wedding (indian wedding that is over 4-5 days), however the wedding was cancelled a couple of weeks before the wedding . Ellie was so good she allowed is to cancel the 4 days and rebook for 2 days so we could still visit the family.

  The flat was clean and tidy. Spacious unlike some flats are so small.

  Clean,comfortable and every we needed was to hand.

  Perfectly located for what we needed. Everything we needed was provided and even set up sofa bed for an additional adult with short notice. Key safe was a little stiff but opened eventually.

  Very close to main road and was quite noisy with traffic even though was a weekend. Didn’t stop us sleeping however could definitely hear it.

  Comfortable family accommidation.

  Very clean and well equipped Quite spacious Good decor Car parking Fan supplied in the lounge during the heatwave but flat was a manageable temperature generally. No noise from other flats. Good communication by test from Landlady.

  Lack of dressing table in main bedroom Unable to use bedside light as no extension lead. In case of disability it should be clear on details which floor the property is on...2nd Floor. One flight of steps outside to entrance door and one inside to second floor. Usual issue of window blinds not fully blocking out light from lampposts.

  Bel appartement, spacieux avec une vue sur la verdure (arbres). Globalement confortable, au 1er étage. Une heure de Londres en train. Bien situé pour quelques visites.

  L'appartement reste un peu bruyant, route et aéroport non loin. Casseroles et poêles à changer dans la cuisine, trop abîmées... De même pour le lave vaisselle, présence de rouille et il ne lave pas très bien... Outre ces quelques points négatifs, nous avons passé une bonne semaine.
