  PÉSIMO ALOJAMIENTO

  NADA

  TODO, no son tres dormitorios, un baño lleno de cucarachas, los sofá cama MALISIMOS, los muebles de la piscina VIEJOS Y ROTOS, la piscina SUCIA CON MOHO POR LA ORILLA, la malla de la piscin ROTA, solo había una bolsa para botar la basura, las tohallas VIEJAS Y SUCIAS, la casa bien sucia abandona en el exterior, por dentro con mucho olor a sucio y humedad, la piscina no tenía la pastilla de cloro en el flotador, le escribí al dueño para que me enviará el código y casi a la hora fue que me contestó, cuando le dije y le envié las fotos de las cucarachas, 12 cucarachas!!, la primera noche, me dijo que era normal en La Florida, no es cierto, vivo en La Florida y no tengo cucarachas, resumen, primera vez en tanto tiempo viajando con ustedes que tengo este percance, ayer vino una señora y nos dijo que no podíamos aparcar en la parte izquierda porque bloqueabas la entrada de un autocaravana qué tienen allí, nadie me dijo eso, estoy muy disgustada, lo siento, me ponen que tengo que dejar la casa limpia, pagamos un suplemento por limpieza de 120 dólares, por favor, los ventiladores lámparas, supersucios, en el lanai, la lámpara no tenía bombillos, vaya, todo un DESASTRE!, siento que fue mi cumpleaños y tuviera tantos inconvenientes , no hay casi luz en la piscina, las sillas para la,playa rotas al igual que la,sombrilla, sinceramente, deberían inspeccionar la casa y valorar una renovación.

  We enjoyed the home very much it was close to shops and restaurants and all the conveniences.

  The pool was dirty and cold and didn't have a heater. The kids did not care the 1st day we were there because it was so warm. But it would have been nice to use it more had it had a heater I definitely feel we would have been able to enjoy that swimming more. The house smelled of fish really bad when we first arrived and we had to open the doors and let it air out as well as I bought a candle to light to defuse the smell. After the 1st day we were able to get rid of the smell. I believe who ever stayed there before us probably had cooked fish and that is why the smell lingered in the house. I think the cleaning company they use are not working to full potential there were alot of areas that weren't cleaned properly. The one in paticular was the kitchen sink you could definitely tell it had not been wiped and cleaned from the previous guests. But the house is very cute and is perfect for a family to stay the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. We didn't like the fact that there weren't any TVs in the bedrooms most people do watch TV at night or atleast like to watch the news before bed so that is something I think they should approve on. Overall it is very affordable and the owners are very good with communication and answering any questions for you. For the value and how cute the home is and the location it was perfect for our trip I would love to stay at the home again.
