Nice place to stay in Playa del Carmen. The apartment is well-equipped. The person who takes care of the apartment was helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.

    Very good

It is a big house with 3 bedrooms and a roof top terrace. Location is very quiet. The pool area is nice.

The hot tub on the roof top is not working. It is a misconstruction. The bedrooms just have curtains. At night it is very bright (especially in the master bedroom). The terrace on the ground floor can not be used. Before our arrival, the owner asked for a 150 dollar cleaning fee. We didn't pay because nothing was mentioned in booking.com.
