    First of all the location was absolutely amazing so close to the ground and plenty of shops etc around the corner also with a wetherspoons which is handy. Uber taxis always arrived within minutes to the address. When we arrived, I chanced it and asked could we leave our luggage inside the property earlier than check in time because we arrived earlier than expected and had a tour in Old Trafford. I am great full for the very quick response from the property manager and they allowed us to do so, saved so much hassle carrying bags around. Thank you! The house was messy and I understand the cleaner hadn't been there yet, and was previous customers checked out that morning, but it doesnt take much to put your rubbish in the bin and have some common courtesy about the place you have rented!! Pick up your rubbish! When we returned at the correct time for check in it had been cleaned. The house itself was grand, has everything needed for the time you will spend in it. However I do have some concerns about it and I do understand it is possibly a very busy house for turnarounds giving its location. But looking at the photos on booking.com and the condition being on point, it could do with a freshen up now I think its being run down. The paint on the walls in some rooms are in bad condition and makes the house look bad. Along with very dirty windows at the front of the house. I would consider having it unbooked for a few days and do a complete deep clean inside and out. Also the pillows arnt great and some mattresses are quite uncomfortable. The bunk beds in the big room have a plank of wood which can only be described as holding the edge of the top bunk up. Outside around the properties exterior needs a clean including the gardens. The check out time of 9am is abit odd, most places ive ever stayed is 10/11am I would reconsider this also. Apart from those issues I have no other issues about the house. It just needs better upkeep.

    Pillows, mattresses, plank of wood holding up the top bunk bed, badly marked walls and very dirty windows.
