    Eine tolle moderne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es war sehr sauber.

    Da sich im Ferienhaus in Restaurant befindet, waren die Gerüche im yHaus manchmal etwas unangenehm.

    Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mal wieder aber wenig durchdachte und z.T. minderwertige Ausstattung.

    Wir lieben die Lage des Apartments im Zentrum von Obergrainau und auch die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf die Zugspitze und den kleinen Garten. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Wir sind auch bereits zum zweiten Mal da gewesen.

    Das Apartment ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Leider bekommt man den Eindruck, dass hier generell versucht wurde mit geringstmöglichem finanziellen Aufwand einen größtmöglichen Mietertrag zu generieren. - Die Matratzen entsprechen nicht einem normalen Standard - Die Gartenmöbel sind billig und unbequem - Das Badezimmer ist aufgrund des fehlenden Spritzschutzes disfunktional und wirkt aufgrund der nicht fachmännisch ausgeführten Fliesen- und Malerarbeiten bereits stark abgenutzt. Als einzige Ablage dient ein wackeliges weißes Drahtregal. Insgesamt könnte hier mit ein wenig Aufwand und einer durchdachteren Möbelierung schnell Abhilfe geschaffen werden. - Wir hatten bei der Anreise keine Kaffeepads, 2 Toilettenpapierrollen und 3 Salzkristalle in einer Salzmühle vorgefunden. Man wünscht sich bei dem Mietpreis und der Anreise am Wochenende / Feiertag eine kleine Grundausstattung.
