L’appartamento è nuovo, moderno, ben organizzato e in una posizione centrale e strategica. Silenzioso e in zona tranquilla.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con il self check in in quanto seguendo le istruzioni la porta non si apriva (una signora del palazzo ha detto che succede sempre la stessa cosa). Siamo stati oltre 10 minuti al telefono attendendo una soluzione poi fortunatamente una signora ci ha fatto entrare ed abbiamo recuperato le chiavi nella porta. Fortunatamente sapevano parlare inglese/spagnolo altrimenti sarebbe stato complesso uscirne fuori. Mancava il sapone, sarebbe stato gradito per migliorare i servizi. Per il resto ottimo in tutto.

Muy espacioso y la ubicación cerca del casco viejo, hemos podido visitar la ciudad sin transporte público ya que las distancias eran muy cerca

Sour experience
Location was great and the apt had plenty of space
1) there was no lockbox on the property door as shown in the check-in instructions and we could not enter the apartment. I called the host 5 times and sent one message but got no answer. I called booking support and they helped me and the host arrived 20 minutes later with the keys 2) the apartment was very cold even though the outside temperature was ok. We followed the instructions on how to turn up the heat but it did nothing. The heaters were turned off and we couldn't turn them on. When I wrote to the host for instructions, got no answer at all. 3) there were no toiletries like soap
