Serene and comfort
The view was beautiful. The family’s stress was cured by spending a few night in this serene villa. The host was very friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious and comfortable and the kids loved the pool. Walking distance from shops in Stobrec. Would definitely come again.

If you are dreaming of a wonderful holiday, you have to come to Epetium Beach Villa.
This is a great place to relax with the whole family. It is a luxury, beautiful, clean, modern, fully equipped villa with air conditioning, with a deep pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue fireplace, terraces and private access to the sea. Beautiful view of the sea from the terraces and through the huge windows. Inside 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms. Refrigerator with ice maker, lots of clean towels, 2 washing machines, coffee machine, iron, lots of space in wardrobes. This is the most beautiful house in the area. Nearby there is a bakery, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. Very quiet area. Short distance to the center of Split or Trogir. 5 minutes by car to a large shopping mall. Wonderful, friendly and helpful owners. The best place to stay and spend time in Croatia.
