    Disappointing

The room is on 4th floor with no elevator. We have 10 members there is enough beds for us but have only 1 shower room and 1 powder room. The host tell us about car parking lot behind the building but it can't park in reality because car's lot and the way in is too narrow how it possible to go in. The sink is blocked in shower room and why do I have to take trash out when there's a maid?
