    Friendly staff but not what expected

    Very friendly staff and very understanding

    The room is a back room that is smaller than the picture. e-tv on the TV as one of the two channel options. Very very old school. I was told it is their budget room, but isn't stated as budget room on website. Parking is on the street; braai facility is a braai that is in its box if you request it, but no tongs or anything. Just really disappointed. I don't think the room should be listed on booking.com at all. We ended up leaving on the same day.

    Internet was very weak and the signal fade away alot.

    No breakfast at the facility

    Need to provide with complimentary drinks and coffee,tea sugar and milk .

    Location was perfect. Very spacious room. Clean and neat.

    Having bottled water available for guests, and milk for the coffee. I had to phone and request a hairdryer.
