    A very poorly maintained unit with serious safety hazards and poor cleanliness.

    - Poorly maintained unit. - Dirty toilet bowl that was not properly cleaned and a damaged toilet door. - The sliding door lock is not functioning, posing a major safety concern when travelling with children. - Uncomfortable sofa bed with exposed springs and sharp staples sticking out. - My baby was scratched and bled due to the exposed staples on the sofa bed. - When brought to the person in charge's attention, they merely claimed they "didn't notice it," showing a lack of proper inspection and safety care. - Overall poor value for the price paid.
