    Deludente!!!

    Posizione centralissima, buona pulizia.

    In una delle camere c’era una grandissima perdita di acqua, il soffitto gocciolava sul letto abbiamo dovuto spostare il letto da soli in soggiorno sia per l’acqua che gocciolava dopo aver fatto le docce nel bagno di sopra che per la paura che il piatto doccia del bagno venisse giù!!!! Non avrei fatto soggiornare ospiti in una struttura del genere! Mi sarei aspettata un cambio di abitazione prima del check-in , non siamo nemmeno stati informati della problematica prima del nostro arrivo. L’ambiente era carico di umidità e sul soffitto oltre all’acqua che veniva giù si era già formata un principio di muffa. Non credo sia il modo di tenere una struttura turistica, i proprietari dovrebbero fare più attenzione allo stato dell’immobile che ai guadagni! Mi sarei aspettata un rimborso viste le condizioni della casa ma l’unica cosa che ci hanno “abbonato” sono stati i 12 euro di tassa di soggiorno . Prima di prenotare sincerativi che la problematica sia sanata!!!
