An additional charge of US$ 70 per night will be applied for guests over 12 years old, inclusive of bed and breakfast. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. 50% non-refundable deposit on the booking to guarantee, balance 30 days prior to arrival. During Peak Season 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee, balance 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that the property does not have a bar at the premises at the moment. However, we hold a soft liquor license, and we charge a corkage fee of US $10 for wines and sparkling. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Amazing stay at Villa Waluawa
A little piece of paradise! We stayed at Eraeliya in the wonderful and spacious Villa Walauwa for 3 days at the end of our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. The beautiful gardens right by the seaside, the pool and direct access to the beach were definite highlights. The staff were also very attentive and especially Rex went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and fulfil all our wishes!
The food was on the expensive side but as there was no restaurant (at least not during low season) everything was served to our terrace which was great. Communication on activities (surfing for the kids) and spa appointments before our arrival was a bit difficult but once there everything worked out perfectly. Surfing in the bay just outside the hotel was not possible for beginners in October but easy to arrange in Weligama, a 5-10mins Tuk Tuk ride away

We are coming back again, hopefully soon :)
It felt like a dream. We booked the two bedroom villa, and it was more than what we had hoped for. Beautifully curated spaces, amazingly warm hospitality, some of the freshest food we have eaten, all came together to create an experience that we will remember for years to come.
