Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, besonders an der Rezeption! Unser Appartement mit Meerblick sehr schön groß. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand und fussläufig zu weiteren Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, hätte aber auch etwas variabler sein können.

Located perfectly between the main road and the beach
Rooms could use a refurb, and the bathroom / toilet walls are an odd bare plaster colour which really would be better painted

Hotel jest dobrze położony, jednak w rzeczywistości trochę mniej ładny niż na zdjęciach. Czuć upływ czasu i mamy poczuci
Nigdy nie spotkałam się z tak miłym, życzliwym i chętnym do pomocy personelem. Pozdrawiam zwłaszcza Eleonorę! Lokalizacja hotelu jest super, choć samo Platanias po sezonie to bardzo spokojne miasteczko i oprócz restauracji oraz kilku straganów nie ma nic ciekawego. W łazience super zestawy ratunkowe. Panie sprzątające wymieniały ręczniki codziennie i pościel 1x w trakcie pobytu. Otrzymaliśmy wino na powitanie z przepysznym poczęstunkiem, a w trakcie pobytu kolejne wino i sałatkę owocową (akurat zastąpiła mi śniadanie) - super!
Śniadania to była pomyłka. Bardzo mały wybór, niska jakość produktów i bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, a kawa - instant, nie przypominała smaku kawy. Biorąc pod uwagę wysoką cenę za śniadanie i że zjadłam tylko arbuza, od razu to zgłosiliśmy i zrezygnowaliśmy ze śniadań na resztę pobytu. Byliśmy w październiku gdzie temperatura wynosiła 25-27 stopni, ale kąpiel w basenie była niemożliwa przez lodowatą wodę.
