    We would not recommend this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

    Nothing.

    Very disappointing experience — avoid this hotel ! When we arrived, the manager told us that our room had been given to another family who had decided to extend their stay. We were forced to accept a different room with no windows, an extremely uncomfortable bed, a dirty bathroom and noisy neighbours. It was a terrible night's sleep. Despite our complaints, the manager refused to refund us or offer a satisfactory solution. The following day, we returned to reception and a staff member told us that we could move into the room we had originally booked. We waited for four hours, but nobody came to help us. In the end, we went to the room ourselves and the person staying there told us we could move in. We eventually got the room we had paid for, but the whole experience was stressful and completely disorganised. The manager's handling of the situation seriously undermined our trust, the hotel did not live up to the pictures, the location was not particularly convenient, and the noise made it difficult to rest. We would not recommend this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

    Ausreichend für ein paar Nächte!

    Kleines Apartment in Riverside, gut zu erreichen und mit Rezeption. WLAN funktionierte, eigenes Bad mit Dusche und warmen Wasser vorhanden.

    Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Durchgang zum Wäscheraum, sodass es sehr laut und von außen einsehbar war. Wir wollten um 16 Uhr einchecken, allerdings war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, sodass wir noch eine Stunde warten mussten. Klopapier und Handtücher fehlten, sodass wir nachfragen mussten. Leider gab es kein Moskitonetz.

    So I had booked here only to get there and find out that it was shared, didn’t feel safe so I didn’t stay here. Booked some other place

    I enjoy my stay. The personnel is vey welcoming and vey cordial. They really make you feel welcome
