Great little apartment
The apartment was basic but very clean and good value for money. The bed was comfy and the water was always hot. It was close to the ferry port where we arrived and to the beaches and waterfront bars and restaurants. The owner and his assistant replied promptly to let us into the property and when we had a couple of questions. It was useful to have a washing machine.
It didn't bother us, but there is a steep, spiral staircase to property which may be awkward to some people.. It is also about 2km (30 min walk) to sarande main bus terminal if you are travelling to/from resort by bus. We didn't cook (just breakfast and snacks) but there's not a lot of equipment in kitchen. (The oven and hob work fine, but no kettle)

My stay at this apartment was far from pleasant, and I would warn anyone considering renting there to exercise caution. I parked my rental car, and a resident from the floor above (not a tourist) threw heavy objects onto it, forcing me to file an insurance claim for the damage. I should also point out that while there is a TV, it doesn't work because there are no channels set up, and it fails to load them due to a lack of connection. The apartment lacks kitchen essentials, and the items that are there—such as the stovetop burners—are dirty; there were also ants on the kitchen counter. The location is excellent, but there are three flights of stairs to climb with no elevator, and a large section consists of a spiral staircase (not suitable for older adults).
