  Den Türcode haben wir über das Buchungsportal bekommen, der Türschließer ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber nach ein paar Anläufen funktioniert. Die Fernbedienung für die Garage ist im Wohnzimmer unterm Fernseher. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut möbliert. Die Nespressomaschine (kleine Standardkapseln) haben wir oft genutzt. Der große Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierschrank bietet reichlich Platz, man sollte aber ggf. Kühlschrankdosen mitnehmen. Waschmaschine funktioniert gut. Gut gefallen hat die geräumige Küche mit ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten. Super Lage. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es zahlreiche Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Busse, Metro und Straßenbahn sind nicht weit. Die große Markthallte ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

  Die Info zum Garagenstellplatz haben wir erst auf Nachfrage bekommen. Der Wohnung ist ein Stellplatz zugeordnet, den muss man separat erfragen. Die Bratpfanne ist defekt, sollte getauscht werden, Kochgeschirr ist etwas dürftig, falls man selbst kochen will. Für den Toaster wäre ein Brötchenaufsatz überaus hilfreich, es kann nur Brot getoastet werden. Diese Wohnung hat die Fenster zur Straße, es ist bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut.

  El peor alojamiento que hemos tenido en booking

  De lejos ha sido la peor experiencia de alojamiento que hemos tenido en booking. Lo único que lo salvaba un poco era la ubicación, aunque tampoco está ubicado en una zona céntrica.

  Lo peor de todo ha sido el tema del aseo. El departamento estaba sucio por todas partes. Ni bien llegamos mandé fotos de varios puntos de suciedad. Se limitaron a mandar a alguien de limpieza que ni siquiera limpio adecuadamente y encima rompió la tapa del inodoro cuando limpio el extractor de aire del baño. La ropa de cama tenía manchas y pelos, siendo la más resaltante unas manchas de restos de sangre que ni siquiera retiraron del departamento sino que lo dejaron en el baño. El departamento era pequeño, no tenía enseres suficientes como para preparar cosas en él. Sobre todo en el área de cocina, donde el hervidor estaba malogrado, la única sartén que había quemada y con restos de suciedad de uso previo a nuestra llegada, platos mínimos, vasos insuficientes, la cafetera no funcionaba. NO había ni un trapo de limpieza. El piso estaba carente de todo tipo de producto de aseo, ni siquiera una bolsa extra de basura. No había plancha y cuando encontramos el último día una, no planchaba.

  Podziemny parking, klimatyzacja przy 40 stopniach na zewnatrz - super, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobra bqza wyjscuowa do zwiedzania, blisko gastro i sklepy.

  Disappointing

  The location

  Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the organization and the communication with the host. The day before our arrival, I contacted the host to ask about parking, as the listing clearly states that private parking is available and the accommodation price seemed to include parking on the property. That’s when we encountered the first problem: we were told that we had to pay a €30 deposit through a separate website for the garage key, otherwise our parking space would not be reserved. This was never mentioned in the listing or beforehand, and we would not have known about it if we hadn’t asked. We then had to use the website to receive the access codes for the apartment. The whole process was unnecessarily complicated and confusing. To make matters worse, we received no instructions on how to access the garage. The communication and organization were extremely poor, and we were left waiting for a response while our car was stopped in the middle of a one-way street. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The glasses in the cupboard were dirty and smelled bad, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was no shower gel, and there were no disposable slippers provided. Overall, the experience was very stressful and far below what we expected. 0/10. Would not recommend.
