We did not make it to our accommodation because I wrote to the property manager the night before the check-in to let him know our arrival time and to kindly ask to have both beds in the apartment made as I am travelling with my brother and we need separate beds. I was informed that the extensible coutch that he wrote about in the description of the property does not exist. And he kept repeating that it has never existed. I sent a print screen and a screen recording showing that they mention in the property description that there is a double bed upstairs and an extensible couch downstairs. He started to be rude and say that it is not true, although I was sending screen print and that furthermore with this price it would be out of the question to have 2 sets of bed linen. We have travelled a lot and this is the first time that any host has this reaction to the request of having 2 separate beds made. Plus he was asking me to cancel the reservation as if I was the one that did not want to go there anymore. Not him putting false description of the apartment. Made a complain to booking.com who was to intervene and force him to do a refund but at 1 in the night I had to search for another accommodation. Don't know how is the apartment but the apartment manages is rude and he definitely put false information on the property description so my advise is to triple check everything with a lot of time in advance.

O experienta placuta atat ca sedere cat si din punct de vedere al comunicarii cu gazda , care este extrem de amabila si

Studio apartament ce indeplineste exact cele prezentate in descriere . A fost o sedere placuta , locatie excelenta , chiar in inima orasului . Check-in si check-out flexibil . Gazda prietenoasa si de ajutor .
