    Buona posizione per visitare Roma

    Bellissima posizione, appartamento in palazzo signorile,molto spazioso anche per 8 persone, ordinato e pulito

    Due bagni con doccia sarebbero sicuramente graditi soprattutto quando si alloggia in 8 persone,i materassi dei divano letto andrebbero sostituiti

    Tempo d'attesa per l'ingresso troppo lungo e gestirlo con 8 persone è stata durissima

    i balconi sulla via principale. Ampio appartamento. Un bagno grande ed uno minuscolo.

    Abbiamo ripiegato su tale struttura pagando di più, a causa di un'altra struttura proposta da booking Rome House Centrum non esistente e disponibile nonostante la conferma effettuata. Sto aspettando ancora il rimborso per la differenza!

    Convenient stay in an older building, though the handling of a plumbing issue was disappointing.

    Very spacious. Lots of windows. Good location.

    The apartment has a good location and a certain charm as part of an older Roman building, but maintenance and communication need improvement. A plumbing issue occurred during the stay and was reported immediately. Instead of resolving it through discussion, our guests were accused of putting something other than toilet paper into the toilet. The host later filed a damage claim through Booking.com without clear evidence or prior notice of any damage fee. We are currently disputing the claim and have not paid any fee, but the experience was stressful. Hoping future guests have a smoother and more transparent experience.
