    Schöne Villa an bester Lage. Familienznternehmen mehrerer Generationen.

    Die Villa liegt sehr gut. Ziemlich in der Mitte der Insel. Gut abgelegen und dennoch 200m entfernt von der Strasse. Wir waren 2 Wochen. Nach 1 Woche wurde die Villa gereinigt, ohne Aufpreis. Danke. Grosses Grundstück, grosse Villa, grosser Pool. Inhaber sind sehr unkompliziert. Man kann reden. Top.

    Man klagt auf hohem Niveau. Der Pool könnte noch einen Tick sauberer gehalten werden. Salzwasser war ok, aber der Grund war täglich voller Spinnen und Insekten. Ein täglicher Robotereinsatz wäre gut. Dennoch 10 Punke. Ergänzend: der Weg dortin ist nicht ganz Mietauto-freundlich. Inskünftig wäre eine ein wenig zugängliche Strasse von Vorzeil.
