Good value for money
The apt is in the city area with plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries, and convenience stores. The area is safe and you can walk to a lot of places, if you need to go to the other side of town call a pink taxi using whatsApp they speak English and give you a fixed price normally 1000 Lek. A lot of places take CC but make sure to always have cash with you lek or Euros since some places only take cash including taxis.
The double bed is comfortable but the bunk beds could use a better mattress and a shower curtain in the bathroom would be ideal. Also, AC in the main room would be great since the one in the living room is not enough for the entire unit.
