    A good stay in Midelt

    Spacious apartment with several beds and kitchenette. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Free parking in front of the building. Washing machine and drying space on the rooftop available. The owner was very friendly.

    The water in the shower did not get warm. We had to leave so some of us had to shower cold and others had to skip the shower altogether - both was equally uncomfortable.

    Bad

    😡Dishonest host

    Very dishonest host. Upon arrival the host showed the place we booked on booking.com. The flat had heating as stated on the description. Then he showed us another flat on the same building at 2nd floor. This one had no heating. We told him that we'll stay with the one we booked, which is the flat with heating. However the host told us that the flat with the heating was 50 euros and the one that we booked was 32 euros with no heating. We showed him the booking description, which clearly said that there was the heating included. As a gesture he offered us to stay in the flat we booked for 40 euros. We argued that was unprofessional and that he should keep with the deal that was done on the app booking.com. It is certainly for this reason that we prefer to book online to avoid this sorts of issues and misinformation. The host didn't want to hear anything. We had to leave disappointed of a such dishonest attitude. As a matter of fact, we would like to raised a complaint. We had to pack all our stuff and find another place in the middle of the night.

    Great apartment in Midelt

    Excellent stay as a stop before the desert or to explore the mountains around. Also Midelt worth the stop. The apartment is really comfortable.
